In 2019, Jan van Loon joined the Antwerp Bar and joined a medium-sized Antwerp law firm. Jan joined Agio Legal in November 2022. Within Agio Legal, he focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), finance, IT law and privacy. He advises and assists both Belgian and international companies in drafting contracts, negotiating transactions and general counselling.
