Kristof Windey graduated as Master of Laws (cum laude) from UGent in 2001. Immediately after his studies, he started his career at the Dendermonde Bar. In the spring of 2013, he followed the Postgraduate Cycle Curator-Vereffenaar. In 2015, he obtained the Certificate ‘Cassation in Criminal Matters’. Since 1 August 2019, he has been working at Lige (now Agio Legal) specialising in insolvency law and dispute resolution.
