Philippe is the founding father of Agio. His main focus is corporate law, company law and also restructurings. He is also recommended by the Legal 500 as one of the best M&A lawyers in Belgium. Philippe has assisted numerous large and medium-sized acquisition transactions, both in Belgium and abroad.
Besides M&A transactions, Philippe has also been able to sustainably rescue several troubled companies thanks to a judicious application of the judicial reorganisation (formerly WCO) procedure combined with his pragmatic sense of entrepreneurship. Among many other projects, Philippe has recently overseen the restructuring of Veritas, Lamaire, Neckermann, Promethera and Switch.
