Thomas Degraeve
Thomas is a commercial and contract lawyer with a particular expertise in Intellectual Property and IT law (including data protection). Thomas also regularly pleads before the different courts.
Education and experience
Thomas graduated from the University of Leuven as Master of Laws in 2012 (cum laude). He also followed the additional Master of Intellectual Property and ICT Laws (part-time).
Thomas started his career in a medium-sized Limburg law firm, after which he was active in one of the big four law firms. He also has experience as in-house counsel. In January 2022 he joined Agio.
Thomas is also a member of the Benelux association for Trademarks and Designs (BMM).
