Marketing and Communications Lead

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing and Communications Lead to join our rapidly growing professional services firm. Agio is different from the rest because we work closely with our clients, side by side, with a "Boots on the ground" mentality.  
We pride ourselves on our no-nonsense and straight-talking approach. As the Marketing and Communications Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our marketing and communication plan that will showcase our unique approach and help us to stand out from the pack.


Key Responsibilities:
•    Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications plan that sets us apart from our competitors.
•    Develop and manage marketing campaigns across all channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and events that convey our "Boots on the ground" mentality.
•    Develop and implement content marketing strategies that engage our target audience and communicate our no-nonsense, straight-talking approach.
•    Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including copy, graphics, and multimedia content in collaboration with our partners.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including lawyers, financial analysts, and business developers, to ensure our creative marketing initiatives are aligned with our business objectives.
•    Manage our social media presence, including creating and publishing content, monitoring engagement, and tracking analytics that conveys our unique approach.
•    Create and manage budgets for marketing and communications initiatives that showcase the Agio way of doing things.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
•    Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the professional services industry.
•    Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful marketing and communications campaigns that emphasize uniqueness.
•    Experience with digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and events.
•    Strong copywriting and content creation skills that communicate a differentiated approach.
•    Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
•    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and either Dutch or French.
•    Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•    Entrepreneurial spirit, with a willingness to take ownership of projects and drive results that showcase our unique approach.
